Role: Identify, analyze and screen equity & debt investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and consolidation opportunities. Working with team members through the due diligence process, review of business plans, financial models and corporate strategy. Work actively with corporate management teams, pre and post closing to identify and solve problems, and to provide advice during the different growth phase.

Pre-requisite: The candidate should have 7 - 10 yrs of relevant working experience with an Investment Bank or Venture Capitalist or Management Consultancy firms. Excellent due diligence, valuation assessment, financial modeling, business analysis, valuation, structuring and negotiation skills. The candidate should possess superb communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, entrepreneurial attitude, problem solving and analytical skills. Candidates with lesser experience, but with right attitude and exceptional skills may also apply.

Education: MBA’s with engineering background / CA’s preferred.
